At Badger Creek Primary School, our Inquiry approach consists of concept based, curriculum-linked learning sequences. This provides students with the opportunity to explore and develop understanding of themselves and their place in the world in which we live.

Each term, a learning sequence is delivered to address the following concepts over a two-year cycle:

From Foundation to Grade 6, students investigate the same concept simultaneously, creating common themes and language across the school. This promotes meaningful dialogue and authentic questions, allowing students to build upon their current skills and knowledge. They then have the opportunity to apply their learning and showcase to families and friends at our termly Learning Expo’s.
