Our 5/6s had lots of fun preparing for our Bizarre Bazaar market. We had groups doing planting, decorating, bath bomb making, making dig the gem, clay making, painting, gluing, making stickers, making bags and more. Also making posters and price tags and decorating or making designs on what their table should look at on the night.
We had to move stuff to make room for our completed products and had to be extra careful in the space. All these products we made were all hand made. The groups decided who would get what to make the product. After we brought it in, we started making our products. Then we started advertising.
Everyone has been working really hard to get their products and store to be the best it can. This is the 2nd time Badger Creek has done a Bizarre Bazaar market. We were given a lot of time to finish everything. We hope our markets will be the best on the night.
On the night at 4:30 to around 5:30 our Bizarre Bazaar markets were open for families and students and the community to buy our products. All the money raised will go to the grade 6 big day out and the RSCPA. It was a wonderful hour, and the teams gave away lots of products and raised a lot of money. In total we raised $1679.00. This is a huge amount, and we are very grateful for the support from our Badger Creek community.
