Nerae Preece Principal From the principal  Today is the last day of a 9 week term, and I am not sure that we could have squeezed anymore into it. Our community is a really resilient one. Top 5 celebrations for term 2  It is always good to think about the wins for our school, particularly in our annual implementation plan (AIP). Over the past week I have had a chance to reflect on how we are travelling with our 2022 goals. Nerae Preece Principal From the Principal  Last night I had the privilege of attending an event at the Memo. I think our whole community deserve a gold star sticker for working together and supporting each other through a particularly tough period for everyone. Swimming I had a great job this week. I got [...]

Nerae Preece Principal From the Principal  Today there is someone I would like to acknowledge. As you would be aware through the media there are huge teacher shortages across the state, in fact from one of my courses ( Recently, I was studying with principals in America and the middle east) other Principals were saying there just wasn’t enough teachers to teach classes on a daily basis due to illness (flu and covid). At some point it was going to start affecting Badger Creek, and as many of you would know, many of our staff have been getting [...]
